Steamed Fried Rice ver 2

Steam Fried Rice
Ingredients


A. Meat with sauce
2 cup pork tenderloin or pork shoulder
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1tsp black pepper
1/4 cup Chinese mushrooms, soaked and sliced
1/2 cup small shrimps, peeled
1/4 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup oil
2 tbsp garlic, minced
1/4 cup onion, diced
3 tbsp cassava starch
2 cup stock
2 tsp sesame oil

B. Fried Rice
2 cloves garlic minced
6 cup cooked rice
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp sesame oil
2 beaten eggs
 



Instructions
1. Marinate pork in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and black pepper overnight.
2. Saute onion then garlic in oil.
3. Squeeze out the marinade and set aside
4. Add pork and mushroom for the saute mix. When slightly brown, add the marinade.
5. Add the peas and shrimps
6. Add sesame oil and the diluted cassava mix (cassava starch dissolved in stock)
7. Cook until thick.

Fried Rice procedure:
1. Saute garlic in oil until brown.
2. Add cooked rice.
3. Add soy sauce and beaten eggs
4. Stir fry over low flame tossing the rice all the time until well blended.
5. To assemble. Scoop rice in bowl. Pour meat rice mixture. Serve while hot
