 Ingredients
WRAPPER: Use 3 recipes
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup water
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil
1 cup cornstarch

FILLING:
1 tbsp. oil
4 cloves garlic, pounded and chopped
1/4 cup onions
1 cup ground pork
1/2 cup chicken meat, chopped
1/4 cup shrimps, chopped
6 cups ubod, shredded into strips
salt, pepper, vetsin to taste

SAUCE:
1/4 cup oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/3 cup cornstarch
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 cups water or soup stock
vetsin, pepper to taste
4 cloves garlic, pounded and chopped
1/2 cup peanuts ground
 



Instructions
Wrapper:
Beat eggs and ass salt and water. Mix well. Add cornstarch and beat to mix. Add oil. Heat teflon pan and add 1/4 cup portions of the mixture. Spread the mixture in the bottom of pan. Cook in low fire. When mixture is dry it's done. Slide off into plate. Set aside to cool.

Filling:
Heat oil in skillet. Saute garlic and onions. Add pork, chicken and shrimps. Simmer ad adjuct seasonings. Add drained ubod and simmer until tender crisp. Do not add water. Let cool in a colander to drain liquid.

Sauce:
Mix sugar and cornstarch. Add oil and liquid. Mix well and cook stirring until thick and translucent. Remove from fire. Add seasoning and garlic. Serve sauce with peanuts.

To assemble:
Place 2 tablespoon of filling in wrapper. Place 1 lettuce leaf in one end. Roll. Serve with sauce and peanuts.
