Spaghetti Carbonara

 Ingredients
250 grams spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
200 grams bacon fat
4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup onions
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
1 1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
salt, pepper, vetsin to taste
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
grated cheese
 



Instructions
Cook spaghetti in water and salt. When cooked, drain in colander. Add 2 tbsp. butter and toss. Place in Pyrex dish and set aside. In a frying pan, cook bacon until crispy. Chop bacon and set aside. Leave 2 tbsp. bacon fat in frying pan and saute garlic and onions. Add butter and flour and continue stirring until mixed. Add water and milk and continue stirring until thick. Pour sauce on top of spaghetti. Grate cheese on top. Sprinkle bacon chips and parsley on top.
