 Ingredients
1 kilo beef
1 pc Knorr Beef Cubes
4 tbsp vinegar
7 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc medium onion, chopped
6 cups water
1 bundle pechay
¼ kilo Baguio beans
5 pcs saging na saba, sliced into 2
1/8 tsp peppercorns
1 pc corn, cut into 4
2 pcs kamote, sliced
3 stalks spring onions, chopped
3 tbsp patis

Instructions
Start your beef right by rubbing it with Knorr Beef Cubes to make it more flavor-packed! Then add vinegar, garlic, onions and water and bring to a boil. In the same broth, quickly blanch pechay and Baguio beans. When the beef is already tender, add peppercorns, corn and kamote. Meanwhile, fry saging na saba in a separate pan, before adding it into the mix along with the spring onions, pechay and Baguio beans. Lastly, add patis to taste and get ready for another intense eating experience!

Cooking Diva Tip: Adding vinegar into the marinade before boiling the beef makes it easier to tenderize the meat for perfection in every bite!
