Lasagna

 Ingredients
MEAT SAUCE:
2 tbsp. oil
2 cloves garlic, pounded
1/4 cup onions, diced
1 cup ground pork
1 cup ground beef
1 cup tomato sauce
salt, pepper. vetsin to taste
2 cups water

WHITE SAUCE:
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup chicken breast, shredded
1 cup evaporated milk
3 cups chicken broth
salt, pepper, vetsin to taste

PASTRY:
1/2 cup margarine
2 cups flour
1 egg slightly beaten
2 tbsp. water
 



Instructions
Meat Sauce:
Saute garlic and onions in oil until tender. Add meat seasoning. Simmer and add tomato sauce and water. Simmer until meat is tender. Adjust seasoning and set aside.

White Sauce:
Melt butter in sauce pan. Add flour and stir until mixed. Add broth, milk and chicken meat. Season to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Pastry:
Place dry ingredients in bowl. Cut in margarine and add egg and water. Mix and form into a ball. Roll out into a rectangle and cut into 1 inch strips.

To assemble:
Place in pyrex dish, starting with 1/3 of meat sauce then add a layer of pastry strips. Add 1/3 of white sauce and grate cheese on top. Repeat, ending with cheese topping. Bake at 350 dgrees F. until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
