French Toast
Ingredients

6 slices of bread
2 eggs
1/2 cup Milk
3 tbsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
Butter or Margarine

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Beat eggs with milk, salt and sugar until blended. Set Aside.
Brush the pan with butter or margarine.
Dip slices of bread one at a time into the egg batter then fry in the preheated and greased pan until golden brown. Turn toast to brown the other side.
Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and serve
