Fish with Brown Sauce

 Ingredients
1 kgm. fish
2 tbsp. calamansi juice
salt, pepper, vetsin to taste
2 tbsp. margarine

BROWN SAUCE:
2 tbsp. margarine
2 cloves garlic, pounded
1/4 cup onions, sliced
1/4 cup flour
2 cups soup stock
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
salt, pepper, vetsin to taste
3 pcs. dried mushrooms
3 pcs. bokni
1 cup Chinese pechay, in strips
 



Instructions
Marinate fish in calamnsi juice. Season with salt, pepper and vetsin. Place fish in greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.

Soak mushrooms and bokni in water and cut into strips. Melt margarine in saucepan. Add flour and stir. Add soup stock and stir until thick. Add mushrooms, bokni and pechay. Simmer until vegetables are done. Season to taste. Pour over baked fish.
