Crispy Ukoy

 Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh shrimps, small
1/4 cup sliced tomato
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
1 cup togue, long
1 pc. towa, cut into 1 ich strips
1 cup cornstarch or rice flour
1 cup water
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
salt, pepper, vetsin to tase
 



Instructions
Blend cornstarch and water. Add baking powder, soda and seasonings. Place part of batter in saucer. Arrange togue, shrimps, tokwa, tomato and onions. Fry until golden brown and crispy. Drain in paper towel. Serve with vinegar, patis and garlic.
