Chicken Mexicain

 Ingredients
3 pc. chicken breast, halved
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup onion rings
2 tbsp. wine
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 cup corn kernels in can
1/2 cup liquid from canned corn
salt, pepper, vetsin to taste
 



Instructions
Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, vetsin to taste. Place butter in pan. Cook chicken in melted butter slowly until brown. Add onion rings tomato paste, wine and 1/2 cup liquid from canned corn. Simmer until liquid is reduced to half. Add sweet corn kernels and toss.
