 Ingredients
1 tsp garlic, crushed
1 tbsp onions, chopped
½ kilo beef, boiled until tender
to taste salt
¼ cup clear soda
1 cup pineapple juice
¾ cup condensed milk
200g tomato sauce
1 cup sliced pineapples
1 pc green bell pepper, sliced
1 pc red bell pepper, sliced
1 bar cheese, grated
1 pc. medium pickle, chopped
1 pc Knorr Beef Cubes
1 pc medium carrots, sliced
2 pcs small potatoes, quartered

Instructions
Start off by sautéing garlic and onion until fragrant, then add beef and a pinch of salt. Next, pour in clear soda, pineapple juice and let it boil. Afterwards, add condensed milk, tomato sauce, sliced pineapple, green and red bell peppers, grated cheese, pickles and Knorr Beef Cubes to make your caldereta all beefed-up! Next, drop in carrots, potatoes, then let it boil until veggies are just perfectly cooked. Can caldereta be any more cheesy delicious? Probably not!

Cooking Diva Tip: Using clear soda and pineapple juice in place of water makes for an extra tasty sauce! Aside from sweetness, they also give some sourness and body to your caldereta, making it extra irresistible!
