1. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Let rest for 10 minutes. Add sugar, milk, salt, melted margarine and beaten eggs. Add 1 cup flour and mix. Set aside until foamy.
2. Add 4 cups of flour and mix well. Knead until smooth and elastic. Use rest of flour for dusting while kneading. Place in greased bowl and cover. Let rise for 1 hour or until double in size. Punch down.
3. Divide into 60 balls (25 grams each) flatten and add strips of cheese. Roll.
4. Place in grease baking sheet and let rise for 30 minutes or until double. Brush with egg or milk mixture. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
