Crust:
Measure dry ingredients into a bowl. Cut in margarine until the size of corn meal. Add water and mix. Form into a ball. Roll pastry and fit into a pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees and remove from oven.
Filling:
In a large bowl beat together margarine, sugar and eggs. Slowly beat in milk, vanilla and nutmeg. Stir in coconut. Pour mixture into partially baked crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until knofe comes out clean from custard. Let cool in rack. Serve when cooled.
