 Ingredients
18 oz of beef that is cut into very thin strips. Each strip is to be 4 to 5 inches long and up to 2 to 3 inches wide.
4 cloves of garlic that you have crushed
6 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of sugar
6 tbsp of vinegar
1/3 tsp of black pepper

Instructions
Now what you will have to do next is to marinate it. Put the garlic, 6 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tsp of salt, 1 tbsp of sugar, 6 tbsp of vinegar and 1/3 tsp of black pepper into a bowl. Mix all of these ingredients together thoroughly. When you have finished doing that, spread the mix equally on both sides of each beef strip. Place the marinated beef strips into sandwich bags and put them in your refrigerator. Leave them in there for 24 hours. After the beef tapa has been in your refrigerator for 1 day, take them out and now you are ready to cook the beef strips. Preheat a pan and put a few spoonfuls of oil in it. Fry up a few strips of beef at a time and wait until it is completely cooked. Do this for all of them until you are all finished.
