 Ingredients
1/4 cup aschuete oil
4 cloves garlic, pounded
1/4 cup onions, sliced
1 cup boiled pork meat, sliced
1 cup chicken, boiled and shredded
1/4 cup shrimps, sliced
1/4 cup liver and gizzard, sliced
2 tbsp. bukni
1 pc. chorizo macao, sliced
1/4 cup dried squid, soaked and sliced (optional)
100 grams pancit canton noodles
250 grams sotanghon, soaked and cut into short pieces
salt, pepper, vetsin to taste
4 cups soup stock
1/4 cup sliced greeen onions for garnishing
calamansi for garnishing
 



Instructions
Saute garlic and onions in oil. Add meats and soup stock. Simmer until cooked. Season to taste. Add noodles and cook for 5 minues. Garnish with spring onions and serve with calamansi.
