1. Mix together the lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Put aside for 30mins. to 1 hour, until the meat absorbs the mixtures.
2. Take chicken pieces out from mixture and set aside.
3. Saut? garlic, onion and tomato for 2 minutes, until lightly cooked.
4. Add the chicken pieces and cover, then simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Add enough marinade sauce if necessary. Check for sourness.
5. Mix in all the remaining ingredients and continue cooking till the chicken are tender.
6. Add patis to taste.
