Ronald Remy plays Dr. Lorca, a sinister scientist who is secretly conducting human experiments in the caverns beneath his large mansion, unbeknownst to Carlos (Ronaldo Valdez) but suspected by Marla (Alicia Alonzo).
Ronaldo Valdez is the father of Filipino singer/songwriter/comedian Janno Gibbs and can currently be seen in the Filipino romance teleserye "My Girl".
"Mad Doctor of Blood Island" was directed by legendary Filipino directors Gerry de Leon and Eddie Romero.
